Delete Account and Data
This page explains how to delete your Nichtraucher Pro account and the associated data. It is the official deletion page for the App provided by Ismail Turan-Atmaca / Epiclapps.
1. Fastest option in the App
If you can access your account, use the deletion option directly in the App:
- Settings > Delete account
This lets us match the deletion request to the correct account securely.
2. Request deletion by email
You can also email your request to supportepiclappscom.
If possible, write from the email address registered with Nichtraucher Pro. This helps us verify the account and prevent abuse. If you no longer have access to that address, include your username and enough information for us to identify the account reliably.

Thank you.4. Which data is deleted or anonymised?
When your account is deleted, we delete personal account data used to identify or manage it, including:
- username, email address and password hash;
- optional profile data such as age, gender, profile picture and voluntary profile text;
- synchronised quit-smoking statistics and App settings stored with your account;
- push tokens and account-related Firebase data;
- Premium flags stored in our systems.
Public community posts, live chat content and publicly uploaded images may be anonymised instead of fully deleted so conversations and support remain useful to other users. We remove their link to your account, including account ID, email address, username, profile picture, profile link and other account references. The content may then be shown as created by a deleted user.
If an individual post or image itself contains information that identifies you, name it in your request. We will remove or redact it where it can reasonably be linked to your account or request.
Non-public reports and moderation notes are also deleted or anonymised. A report may be temporarily retained with reduced account attribution if required to prevent abuse, investigate security issues or enforce community rules.
5. What may be retained?
- records subject to statutory commercial or tax retention duties, where applicable;
- store transaction data held by Google Play or the Apple App Store;
- anonymous statistics that can no longer be linked to your account;
- anonymised community, chat or image content without an account reference;
- security and server logs temporarily needed for abuse prevention or error analysis.
6. Processing time
We process deletion requests without undue delay and no later than 30 days. If we need more information to identify your account securely, we will contact you by email.
