Delete Account and Data

This page explains how to request deletion of data related to aggreTrade, also named Aggre Trade Pro - Bitcoin. aggreTrade currently has no user account, login or cloud profile, so there is no account within the app that needs to be deleted.

1. No account in aggreTrade

You do not provide a name, email address or password. Alert settings, your watchlist, theme choice and similar app preferences are stored locally on your device. You can remove them by clearing the app data in your system settings or uninstalling the app.

2. Request access or deletion by email

You can still submit an access, deletion or objection request by emailing supportepiclappscom. Please include:

  • the app name: aggreTrade
  • your request, such as data deletion or access to your data
  • your platform: iOS or Android
  • if relevant, the approximate date and time of a technical issue or request

4. Data that may be involved

  • server logs created when market data is requested, including IP address, date, time and user-agent information
  • an anonymous push token when price or dive alerts are enabled
  • advertising ID and technical device information when non-personalized Google AdMob ads are loaded
  • app settings, alerts and watchlist data stored locally on your device

5. Deletion and retention

  • Server logs are normally deleted within 14 days, unless a security incident requires longer retention.
  • Push tokens are no longer used after notifications are disabled or the app is uninstalled.
  • Local app data can be removed by clearing app data or uninstalling the app.
  • Advertising ID data is processed by Google. You can reset the advertising ID in your device settings.
