Terms of Use
These terms govern the relationship between Ismail Turan-Atmaca, whose address is available in the German imprint, and you as a user of aggreTrade, also named Aggre Trade Pro - Bitcoin. By installing or using the app, you agree to these terms.
1. Purpose of the app
aggreTrade is an information and monitoring tool for the Bitcoin market. It aggregates live trades and candle charts through our backend server and provides price and dive alerts through push notifications. The app does not execute trades, route orders or connect to your exchange account.
2. No investment advice
Market data, charts and alerts are provided only for information and education. They are not investment advice, an invitation to buy or sell crypto assets, financial, tax or legal advice, or confirmation that an investment is suitable for you.
Crypto markets are highly volatile and total loss is possible. Make financial decisions based on your own research. We do not guarantee the timeliness, accuracy or completeness of displayed data and, to the extent permitted by law, accept no liability for loss resulting from reliance on that data, subject to section 8.
3. Availability
We aim to provide reliable operation but do not guarantee continuous availability of the app, backend server or market data. Exchange APIs may fail, maintenance may occur and technical delays are possible.
4. Device permissions
- Internet access to load market data from our backend.
- Notifications for price and dive alerts.
- Scheduled alarms on Android so alerts can be triggered at the intended time.
- Wake lock and background execution so configured alerts can be delivered.
- Vibration for alert signaling.
- Advertising ID for non-personalized ad delivery. It can be reset in your device settings.
5. User obligations
You may use the app only for lawful purposes. In particular, you may not:
- copy, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, decompile or manipulate the app beyond rights granted by mandatory law;
- interfere with the app, our backend or third parties through automated requests or other technical means;
- infringe intellectual property rights or use the app in violation of applicable law.
6. Cost and advertising
The app is free. It has no paywalls, subscriptions or in-app purchases and is partly funded through non-personalized advertising as described in the privacy policy.
7. Intellectual property
All rights in the app, source code, design and content remain with Ismail Turan-Atmaca unless stated otherwise. Third-party trademarks and logos remain the property of their owners and are used only for identification.
8. Liability
We remain fully liable for intent, gross negligence, product liability, and injury to life, body or health. For ordinary negligence, liability applies only to breach of essential contractual duties and is limited to typical, foreseeable damage. Further liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
In particular, we are not liable for financial loss resulting from the use of or reliance on market data or alerts, unless one of the mandatory grounds above applies.
9. Consumer withdrawal
aggreTrade is provided free of charge and without an account. No paid contract is formed, so no withdrawal right under section 312g of the German Civil Code applies. You can uninstall the app at any time.
10. Privacy
Details of personal data processing are provided in the privacy policy.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when necessary, provided the change does not unfairly disadvantage you. Material changes will be announced in the app. You can stop using the app if you do not agree.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protections in another EU member state remain unaffected. Where legally permitted, Stuttgart is the place of jurisdiction. If one provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain effective.
