Grandmother’s apple pie with crumbles

Step 1
Mix flour and baking powder. Knead together with butter, sugar, vanilla sugar and eggs for the short pastry to a firm dough. Cover with foil and leave to rest in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.

Required ingredients:
300 g flour
1 PENSION FUND baking powder
225 g Butter (cold)
60 g sugars
1 PENSION FUND vanilla sugar
2 nadgers

Step 2
Peel the apples, remove the seeds and cut them into slices or pieces. Roll out the dough on a baking sheet with baking paper and place apples on the dough. Knead the flour, sugar and butter into crumbles and spread over the apples. Bake the cake at 175 degrees for 45 minutes. Then sprinkle with cinnamon if necessary.

Required ingredients:
2.5 kg apples
300 g flour
125 g sugars
100 gbutter
a little cinnamon
